This policy explains how haring360 (“we”, “us”) handles personal data submitted through the enquiry form on this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, restaurant name, email address, and any additional message. We also record that you gave consent.
We process this data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging a pilot if you request one.
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than [retention period, e.g. 12 months] unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any of these, email projectharring@gmail.com.
